I eat about 4000 kcal a day, here you will find what I eat in a week:
Breakfast: 6 eggs + 4 eggwhites, 2 Pyrovate, 1 ALA, antioxydants and multivitamins.
Meal 2: 15 super omega, 60 gr. whey protein, 30 mcg zink, 750 mg magnesium, 2 pyrovate and 1 ALA.
Meal 3: 300 gr. chiken, 500 gr. brokkoliblanding, 1 spoon olivenoil, 2 pyrovate and 1 ALA.
Before and after workout: 100 gr druesugar, 20 gr. glutamin, 20 gr. kreatin, 8 ribose and ripping gel on my but and the lower back.
After workout: 50 gr. druesugar, 80 gr. whey, 10 gr kreatin, 8 ribose and 1 ALA.
In the evening: 300 gr. chiken, 1 ALA, 2 pyrovate, mulitivitaminerals and antioxydants.
Night: 60 gr. whey protein, 1 ALA, 2 pyrovate og 3 superomega.
The same 3 hours later.
Thursday and Friday(workoutfree days): 60 gr. whey protein to each meal, 10 gr oil, NO CARBOHYDRATES, chikenmeat and proteinshakes.
Saturday: 200 gr. whey protein, I try to eat no fat, 800 gr carbohydrates, this I will eat in so many meals that I can this day.
